| 5051 | Per Lauretta (Allen) Boulton: "Came west to Dauphin, Man. in April 1900. Went to Bowbells, North Dakota in 1903 but came back to Canada in 1905 and bought land just 1 mile from Tyvan, Saskatchewan which was a new town, just opening up. They farmed till 1912, when they moved into town and built a nice new home, which became the beauty spot of the town, as Robert Allen loved flowers and he spent his time mostly in his garden. He did a lot of building out through the country when he first came to town to live as he was still quite a young man." | ALLEN, Robert (I764)

| 5081 | Percy, Kitty & Marion Harvey immigrated in February 1906 (FAG) From Ancestry- MamaLock originally shared this on 07 jul 2011 Percy A Harvey Divorce Annie petitioned for divorce on the grounds of desertion, the requirement being that the period of desertion must be 3 years or more. It was stated that there was a boy, Reuben Arthur, aged 3 1/2 years. The petitioners statement was, "My husband deserted me immediately after we were married at Wollongong, over four years ago. I sued my said husband for maintenance in October 1891, and obtained an order for 1 pound per week. I got out a sencond order for 15/- a week in about Nov./Dec. 1892, an order he did not comply with. I got out a warrant for his arrest, which the police have been unable to serve. I have no knowledge as to my husbands whereabouts, and whether he is in this colony or not." At this time Annie resided at Gordon. ****** Rumors are that Reuben was not Percys' child (refer to marriage and birth dates) and he didn't want to raise another mans child, so he ran away to America. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- | HARVEY, Percy Allen (I10039)
